Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds :Refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed for your purchased package. For example, if a package for uploading 50 products is purchased and only 30 have been uploaded, the payment for the remaining 20 products will be refunded. Refund requests must be supported by valid reasons or documented evidence of technical failure on our part.

Exclusions :Refunds will not be granted for cancellations resulting from client-side errors, insufficient documentation, or issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., GEM software). We are not responsible for issues outside of our direct control.

Consultation Cancellations :For paid consultations, cancellations will only be accepted within 7 working days of service. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after this period.

Request Process :All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team, outlining the reason for the request. We will assess each case on its merit and process refunds where applicable.
